This year, events will begin at National Trail Raceway on May 20-22nd and then move on to The Curt George Memorial Double Race at Pittsburgh June 17-19. after that it’s another Double Weekend at US 131 Michigan on July 30-31, and on August 27-28 we give Kilkare Dragway in Xenia, Ohio another dose of Mopars, then we wrap up the points chase at Summit Raceway Park in Norwalk, Ohio in September 16-18 at the Mopar World Finals. Racers will compete in seven classes, Quick, Hemi, Max Wedge, Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, and Ten-0 and compile points at each race. At the end of the year, one Mopar points champion will be crowned from each class, giving them bragging rights of being one of the best Mopar racers in the country.

Now for the Show car side, this judged competition consists of a limited amount of cars chosen by Invitation Only to compete at the highest level of judged competition in the Mopar community. These Invite cars have been selected at previous Mo-Power Events shows and other automotive events across the country, by Mo-Power Events staff and other professionals; magazine & restoration experts in the Mopar and muscle car community.
The Mopar World Finals in Norwalk Ohio is where the baddest show cars battle it out in five categories Pure stock, Semi stock, Modified, Extreme Modified and Modern Muscle to see who’s chosen as one of the Top 5 finalists in their class.

At every Mo-Power Event you can show your car in what we call MOPAR ALLEY this is a non-judged show field open to all Mopars from classics to modern muscle. The Top 15-25 cars selected at each event will receive an award or you may walk away with an Invite to compete at Norwalk should you except the challenge. All Mopar Alley cars are welcome to participant in the show car parade on Sunday.

All points’ racers MUST have an active MCG ($35 all access) subscription to be eligible for the points chase. That entitles you to a twelve-month subscription to MCG with all the race coverage, online access to additional content, early points results, and two Mopar points racing contingency decals that must be displayed on the car being raced (show cars are exempt). Call MCG today and we’ll make sure your subscription is active for the 2011 season - 225-274-0609.
