Pro Rules
11. Class:
Limited electronics class open to all 9.50 to 13.99 e.t. full bodied drag cars. No open wheeled cars permitted except for (Chrysler Powered) Nostalgia styled front engine dragsters with NO electronics. Races will be a full 1/4 mile, .500 second full tree, on a dial-in with a breakout rule in effect. All vehicles must be Chrysler bodied / powered. There is no minimum weight requirement. Any transmission will be allowed.
All vehicles must meet NHRA safety requirements for vehicles equipment and elapsed time.
2. Chassis:
Roll bar required in all cars running 11.00 to 11.49 and in all convertibles running 11.00 to 13.49. Roll cage required in all vehicles running 10.99 or quicker or any cars exceeding 135 mph. In full-bodied cars, with unaltered firewall, floor, and body (from firewall rearward, wheel tubs permitted), running between 10.00 and 10.99, roll bar permitted in place of roll cage. In convertibles running 10.99 or quicker or exceeding 135 mph roll cage mandatory. Vehicles running between 9.50 and 9.99 must have current NHRA SFI chassis certification sticker.
3. Electronics Permitted:
Trans Brakes, Dual Line Locks and 2 Steps permitted. No Delay Boxes allowed.
4. Engine:
Engine block may be any Chrysler product design. Harmonic balancer must meet SFI Spec 18.1 on vehicles running 10.99 or quicker.
