Super Pro Rules
1. Class:
Delay Box class open to all 7.00-11.99 E.T. full and open bodied drag cars. Races will be a full 1/4 mile, .500 second full tree, on a dial-in with a breakout rule in effect. All full bodied cars must be Chrysler bodied/powered. Open bodied cars including dragsters, altered and roadsters must be Chrysler powered, funny cars must be Chrysler bodied and Chrysler powered. There is no minimum weight requirement. Any transmission will be allowed.
All vehicles must meet NHRA safety requirements for vehicles equipment and elapsed time.
2. Chassis:
Roll bar required in all cars running 11.00-11.49, in all convertibles running 11.00-13.49. Roll cage required in all vehicles running 10.99 or quicker or any cars exceeding 135 mph. In full-bodied cars, with unaltered firewall, floor, and body (from firewall rearward, wheel tubs permitted), running between 10.00 and 10.99, roll bar permitted in place of roll cage. In convertibles running 10.99 or quicker or exceeding 135 mph roll cage mandatory. Vehicles running between 7.50 and 9.99 must have current NHRA SFI chassis certification sticker. Vehicles running between 7.00 and 7.49 must have current NHRA SFI chassis certification sticker.
3. Electronics Permitted:
Delay Boxes, Trans Brakes, Dual Line Locks, 2 Steps, Air shifters, Air and Mechanical throttle stops permitted.
4. Engine:
Engine block may be any Chrysler product design. Harmonic balancer must meet SFI Spec 18.1 on vehicles running 10.99 or quicker.
5. Additional requirements: Any vehicle running 9.99 or quicker is required to run a diaper unless steering rod runs through oil pan.
